Pallet Economy 101
When to pre-drop, greed, or rotate.
Core Concepts
- Pallets are time-banking tools; every drop should buy a macro objective.
- Greed is only good when it preserves a stronger later pallet.
- Rotating can be better than either greed or drop if chain quality is high.
Survivor Playbook
- Pre-drop in unsafe lanes or versus killers with explosive punish windows.
- Greed only if miss punishment is manageable and next tile exists.
- Rotate when the pallet is medium value but your next tile is premium.
Killer Playbook
- Force fast pallet drops in sectors you want to dead-zone first.
- Accept pallet trades when they open next 2-3 chases.
- Track survivor greed pattern and punish repeated hesitation.
Common Mistakes
- Dropping every pallet early with no chain plan.
- Greeding all pallets equally regardless of killer power state.
- Refusing to rotate because of sunk-cost looping.
Quick Checklist
- Classify pallet value quickly: premium/medium/throwaway.
- Tie each drop to objective or hook-state outcome.
- Avoid donating premium pallets in low-value moments.
- Reassess sector safety after each major drop.
