Whenever you are vaulting a Window, you benefit from the following effect:
- Increases the Vaulting speed by 15/20/25 %.
Whenever you are stunned with a Pallet or blinded by any means, you suffer from the following effects:
- Reduces the Recovery speed from Pallet Stuns by -15 %.
- Increases the duration of Killer Blinds by +15 %.
