After hooking the Obsession, gains Undetectable and a Haste bonus for a short time. The Obsession transfers to the rescuer when they are unhooked by another Survivor.

Hitting the Survivor with the highest cumulative chase time with a basic attack transfers the Obsession to them. While chasing the Obsession, breaking or damaging objects grants a brief Haste bonus.

A Hex that lights a Hex Totem and, when a Survivor loses a health state, temporarily blocks nearby upright pallets from being dropped. Persists until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.
Killer • Trickster
A Hex that lights a Hex Totem and, when a Survivor performs a rushed vault at a window, blocks that window for all Survivors. Can affect a limited number of windows at once and persists until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.
Killer • Hag
A Hex that lights a Hex Totem and gains tokens when Survivors are unhooked far from you. At higher token counts, grants haste after hooking, applies Exposed to all Survivors, and can enable killing dying Survivors.
Killer • Knight
If a dull totem remains, injuring a Survivor lights a Hex Totem and curses them. While cursed, other Survivors outside your terror radius periodically scream and have their auras revealed until the curse ends or the totem is disabled.
Killer • All Killers
If a dull totem remains, hooking a Survivor for the first time lights a Hex Totem and curses them with Oblivious. While active, blocks the Hex Totem from other Survivors and reveals its aura to the cursed Survivor.
Killer • Spirit
At the start of the Trial, lights two Hex Totems that trigger when cleansed or blessed to apply Exposed to all Survivors. The second totem is extinguished and the perk disables after triggering.

Increases the penalty for failed healing and repair Skill Checks. Gains Tokens whenever a Survivor is hooked, shortening the warning time before Skill Checks and eventually suppressing the warning audio until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.
Killer • All Killers
After the Exit Gates are powered, lights a remaining Dull Totem to grant Haste and apply Exposed to all Survivors. Once revealed, the hex totem's aura becomes visible to nearby Survivors with the reveal range expanding over time.
Killer • Ghoul
After damaging Survivors repeatedly with Basic Attacks, turns a Dull Totem into a Hex that applies Hindered to Survivors hit by Basic Attacks. The hex persists until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.
Killer • Krasue
Creates a Hex Totem that curses the farthest Generator and highlights its aura. After the cursed Generator is repaired for a short time, shifts your Terror Radius to it and grants Undetectable, then moves the curse to the next farthest Generator until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.
Killer • Artist
Reveals the auras of cleansed Totems and allows resurrecting them into Rekindled Totems. Each Rekindled Totem grants Tokens that slow Survivor healing and repairing and lets Survivors see Rekindled Totem auras. At maximum Tokens, blocks all Rekindled Totems until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

After being stunned or blinded enough times, activates on a random Totem if a Dull Totem remains. Blinds Survivors who stun or blind the Killer for a short time until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

Reveals the aura of Survivors near Dull Totems. When a Hex Totem is cleansed, transfers that Hex to Undying's Hex Totem, replacing it, until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

After a Generator is completed, lights a Dull Totem to curse the Obsession, reducing their repair speed. The Hex Totem's aura is revealed to the Obsession from nearby.

After injuring a healthy Survivor, applies Oblivious to all Survivors who are currently injured, including the triggering Survivor. Has a brief cooldown between activations.

After standing still briefly, grants Undetectable while the Killer remains stationary. Deactivates upon moving.

When a Survivor scares off a crow near the Killer, applies Exhausted to that Survivor. Has a brief cooldown.

Reveals the auras of Survivors who attempt to blind the Killer and grants immunity to blindness from common blinding tools.

After damaging a generator, marks it as a Compromised Generator and highlights its aura until completed. Once completed, grants Undetectable and Haste for a duration, then deactivates.
Killer • Onryō
When a generator nears completion, forces continuous skill checks on repairing Survivors. Failing a skill check or interrupting blocks the generator once per generator per trial.
Killer • Demogorgon
Survivors repairing a generator become affected by Blindness and Exhausted, and the effects linger briefly after they stop. Does not override existing Exhausted, instead pauses its timer.

While in a chase, increases the Killer's Terror Radius, and reduces it when not chasing.

When a Survivor self-heals past a threshold, forces continuous Skill Checks until the self-heal finishes. Failing a Skill Check or stopping applies Broken for a duration.

Gains Tokens from first-time hooks. After the Exit Gates are powered, the first Exit Gate interaction triggers a Loud Noise Notification and then blocks both switches for a duration that scales with Tokens.
Killer • Ghoul
Gains Tokens from first-time hooks. After all generators are completed, blocks all windows and upright pallets for a duration that scales with Tokens.
Killer • Doctor
When a nearby Survivor starts using an item, applies Exhausted to them. When a nearby Survivor becomes Exhausted, reveals the aura of the closest Exhausted Survivor for a short duration.
Killer • Spirit
When a generator is completed, makes all Survivors scream with a Loud Noise Notification and reveals the Killer's aura to the Obsession. Once the Exit Gates are powered, the Obsession becomes Exposed and can be killed in close proximity.

When the Obsession loses a health state, gains Tokens that increase the time required to open Exit Gates. The Obsession is unaffected by this penalty.

Starts with Tokens and consumes one when a Survivor is first hooked on a Scourge Hook to damage the most progressed generator and make repairing Survivors scream. Disables once all Tokens are spent.
Killer • All Killers
Unhooking a Survivor from a Scourge Hook applies Haemorrhage for a duration. After they are healed to full once, they suffer reduced healing and repairing speeds until injured again.
Killer • Dredge
Survivors who perform healing actions within the Killer's Terror Radius become affected by Blindness and Exhausted. The effects linger briefly after the healing is interrupted.

When the Killer is blinded, grants Haste for a short duration.
Killer • All Killers
Allows the Killer to destroy Boon Totems instead of snuffing them. Destroying a Boon Totem reveals the auras of Survivors who were in its range for a short duration.
Killer • Trickster
While carrying a Survivor, applies Exposed to other Survivors within the Killer's Terror Radius, lingering briefly after they leave. Deactivates after hooking or dropping the carried Survivor and has a cooldown.
Killer • Mastermind
Once the Exit Gates are powered, applies Broken to injured, downed, and hooked Survivors until a gate is opened, after which it lingers briefly.
Killer • Nurse
While at least one Survivor is injured, downed, or hooked, applies a stacking action speed penalty to Survivors. If all Survivors are in those states, the penalty increases further.
Killer • Hillbilly
When a Generator reaches a repair threshold, triggers a loud noise notification and briefly grants Undetectable. Can only trigger once per Generator per Trial.

After damaging a Generator, grants Undetectable and reveals the damaged Generator's aura to Survivors while it regresses. Deactivates when regression stops and has a cooldown between activations.

Survivors within your Terror Radius have more frequent skill checks and a reduced success zone while repairing or healing.
