Summary
After a Survivor drops a pallet and moves away shortly after, applies Hindered to them briefly.

The trauma caused by your brutal attacks makes crying for help painfully difficult.
Effect
Whenever a Survivor moves farther than 6 metres from a Pallet within 6 seconds of dropping it, Knock Out triggers its effect:
- Causes them to suffer from a -5 % Hindered Status Effect for 3/4/5 seconds.
