Summary
While injured, you can drop silently into Dying State with hidden grunts and blood and self-recover to full health for a brief Haste burst; usable once until endgame allows a second use.

Big moments are vital, but you know that sometimes an understated read can be just as powerful.
Effect
Whenever you are in the Injured State, Plot Twist activates.
While active, press the Active Ability button while crouching and stationary to trigger the following primary effects:
- Silently enter the Dying State without notifying the Killer.
- Suppresses your Grunts of Pain and the creation of Pools of Blood.
- Unlocks the Self-Recovery ability, allowing you to fully recover from the Dying State:
- Increases the Recovery speed by +25 %.
After self-recovering from the Dying State, you benefit from the following secondary effects:
- Instantly heals you to full health.
- Grants a +50 % Haste Status Effect for 2/3/4 seconds.
Plot Twist is disabled after recovering by any means, but can be reactivated once more upon powering the Exit Gates.
