Survivor • Renato Lyra
When the Killer picks up another dying Survivor, you can trigger a short, intense sprint before becoming Exhausted.
Survivor • Jonah Vasquez
After blessing a totem, all Survivors in its radius recover from the Dying State much faster and gain the ability to fully pick themselves up.
Survivor • Taurie Cain
After you finish healing another Survivor, you can activate a delayed self-heal while being healed by someone else, suffering Broken in exchange for automatically gaining a health state after some time if you are not downed.
Survivor • Michonne Grimes
After completing a heal, enables self-recovery from the Dying State once enough progress is made, but inflicts Broken and causes you to collapse again after a short time.
Survivor • Jeff Johansen
When the Killer tries to read your aura, consumes a token to block their read and hide your scratch marks for a short time; tokens recharge while you are chased and the effect is inactive in the Dying State.
Survivor • Ash Williams
Recovering in the Dying State converts a portion of recovery into wiggle progress up to a cap.
Survivor • Ash Williams
After taking three Protection Hits, the next hit in injured state is negated; once healed, your aura is revealed to the Killer at range, and the perk ends after you are downed.
Survivor • Trevor Belmont
After opening or rummaging two chests, the next time you are injured you become Broken but will auto-heal after a delay unless downed first.
Survivor • David King
Permanently Broken but grants self-recovery and hides blood and grunts while injured or dying, letting you recover fully on your own.
Survivor • Nicolas Cage
While injured, you can drop silently into Dying State with hidden grunts and blood and self-recover to full health for a brief Haste burst; usable once until endgame allows a second use.
Survivor • Élodie Rakoto
While being carried and after enough wiggle progress, you can drop a nearby pallet to stun the Killer and escape.
Survivor • Steve Harrington
After healing others enough, your next unhook leaves you Broken but automatically heals a health state after a delay unless you go down first.
Survivor • Cheryl Mason
After healing or recovering from Dying, grants brief Endurance on a cooldown; when Cursed, allows full self-recovery from the Dying State.
Survivor • David Tapp
While in the Dying State, crawl faster with quieter grunts and your aura is hidden.
Survivor • Bill Overbeck
In the Dying State, recover faster and can pick yourself up once per trial.
Killer • Plague
At the start of the trial, blocks the three generators farthest from the Killer for a limited time. Deactivates early once a Survivor is put into the Dying State.
Killer • Nemesis
After damaging a generator, highlights it, and when a Survivor is put into the dying state, highlighted generators explode and begin regressing. Survivors repairing those generators scream and have their auras revealed.
Killer • Singularity
When a Survivor is put into the dying state, nearby other Survivors are hindered for a short time. Has a cooldown.
Killer • Knight
If a dull totem remains, injuring a Survivor lights a Hex Totem and curses them. While cursed, other Survivors outside your terror radius periodically scream and have their auras revealed until the curse ends or the totem is disabled.
Killer • Plague
When a Survivor is put into the Dying State, other Survivors within the Killer's Terror Radius scream and reveal their location briefly.
Killer • Demogorgon
After downing a Survivor with a basic attack, causes nearby Generators to instantly begin regressing and lose additional progress.
Killer • Mastermind
Once the Exit Gates are powered, applies Broken to injured, downed, and hooked Survivors until a gate is opened, after which it lingers briefly.
Killer • Nurse
While at least one Survivor is injured, downed, or hooked, applies a stacking action speed penalty to Survivors. If all Survivors are in those states, the penalty increases further.
