Build Pattern To Run
- Start with one dependable trigger, then add this tag for conversion instead of opening with four conditional perks.
- When two perks share the same trigger window, swap one for consistency to raise floor value.
- Blood Echo: Whenever you hook a Survivor , Blood Echo triggers its effect: Causes all Survivors in the Injured State to suffer from the Exhausted and Haemorrhage Status Effects for 20 / 25 / 30 seconds .

Survivors repairing a generator become affected by Blindness and Exhausted, and the effects linger briefly after they stop. Does not override existing Exhausted, instead pauses its timer.
Overwhelming Presence

When a nearby Survivor starts using an item, applies Exhausted to them. When a nearby Survivor becomes Exhausted, reveals the aura of the closest Exhausted Survivor for a short duration.
