Cut Loose
Summary
After a chased rushed vault, temporarily silences rushed vault noises and loud notifications, refreshing with each rushed vault before going on cooldown.

Effect
After performing a Rushed Vault action while being chased, Cut Loose activates for 4/5/6 seconds:
- Suppresses all noises related to the Rushed Vault action, including the Loud Noise Notification for the Killer.
While active, performing another Rushed Vault action resets the timer each time.
Cut Loose has a cool-down of 45 seconds after use and the timer has elapsed.
