Healing and unhooking actions become faster for each injured, dying, or hooked Survivor.

Effect
Whenever any Survivor, including yourself, is not in the Healthy State, Desperate Measures activates:
- Increases your Action speeds for Healing and Unhooking by a stack-able 16/18/20 % per injured, dying, or hooked Survivor, up to a maximum of 64/72/80 %.
