Effect

Whenever another Survivor within 16 metres of your location is hit by a Basic or Special Attack, Self-Preservation triggers its effect:

Suppresses your Grunts of Pain, and the creation of Pools of Blood and Scratch Marks for 6/8/10 seconds.
