After enough generator repair progress, you can craft a flash grenade in a locker; the perk is consumed on use.

You have adapted to a world in chaos and making what you can from the debris.
After repairing Generators for a total of 50/45/40 %, Flashbang activates:
- Press the Active Ability button while hiding inside a Locker to craft a Flash Grenade.
Flashbang deactivates after use.
