Basic attacks cause Survivors to drop their held item, and the auras of dropped items are revealed.

Hitting the Survivor with the highest cumulative chase time with a basic attack transfers the Obsession to them. While chasing the Obsession, breaking or damaging objects grants a brief Haste bonus.

After a Survivor loses a health state, good Skill Checks on generator repairs reveal that Survivor’s aura for a short time.
Killer • Animatronic
After damaging a Generator, turns it into a Compromised Generator. When that Generator is completed, increases recovery speed after successful basic attacks for a duration.
Killer • Hag
A Hex that lights a Hex Totem and gains tokens when Survivors are unhooked far from you. At higher token counts, grants haste after hooking, applies Exposed to all Survivors, and can enable killing dying Survivors.
Killer • Spirit
At the start of the Trial, lights two Hex Totems that trigger when cleansed or blessed to apply Exposed to all Survivors. The second totem is extinguished and the perk disables after triggering.
Killer • All Killers
After the Exit Gates are powered, lights a remaining Dull Totem to grant Haste and apply Exposed to all Survivors. Once revealed, the hex totem's aura becomes visible to nearby Survivors with the reveal range expanding over time.
Killer • Ghoul
After damaging Survivors repeatedly with Basic Attacks, turns a Dull Totem into a Hex that applies Hindered to Survivors hit by Basic Attacks. The hex persists until the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

When a Survivor stuns the Killer, applies Exposed to them for a short time. Has a brief cooldown between activations.
Killer • Nemesis
After injuring a healthy Survivor, applies Oblivious to all Survivors who are currently injured, including the triggering Survivor. Has a brief cooldown between activations.
Killer • Plague
When a Survivor is put into the Dying State, other Survivors within the Killer's Terror Radius scream and reveal their location briefly.
Killer • Legion
Increases locker search speed. Survivors exiting a locker scream and trigger a loud noise notification, and become Exposed for a short time.
Killer • Singularity
After damaging a generator, marks it as a Compromised Generator and highlights its aura until completed. Once completed, grants Undetectable and Haste for a duration, then deactivates.
Killer • Legion
While carrying a Survivor, removes the cooldown on missed basic attacks and pauses the carried Survivor's wiggle progress when another Survivor is hit.
Killer • Knight
After damaging a generator, reveals the auras of nearby Survivors for a short duration.
Killer • Twins
After damaging a generator, makes other generators begin regressing and forces difficult Skill Checks on Survivors repairing them. Has a cooldown.
Killer • Doctor
After damaging a generator, the next Survivor to interact with it faces a difficult Skill Check and the generator suffers an immediate regression. It then regresses faster for a short time.
Killer • Clown
After hooking a Survivor, the next manually damaged generator immediately loses a portion of its current progress. Deactivates after use or when its timer expires.
Killer • Xenomorph
Prevents the Killer from gaining Bloodlust and grants brief Haste after landing a basic attack on a Survivor.
Killer • Krasue
Gains Tokens when hooking Survivors for the first time. After enough Tokens are accumulated, all Survivors scream and become Exposed for a duration.
Killer • Shape
Damaging non-Obsession Survivors with basic attacks builds Tokens, while damaging the Obsession consumes Tokens. Tokens reduce the cooldown on successful basic attacks until the Obsession is sacrificed or killed.
Killer • Artist
Starts with Tokens and consumes one when a Survivor is first hooked on a Scourge Hook to damage the most progressed generator and make repairing Survivors scream. Disables once all Tokens are spent.
Killer • All Killers
Basic attacks apply Haemorrhage and Mangled for a duration. Haemorrhage is strengthened by increasing pools of blood and worsening partial healing regression.

After breaking enough dropped pallets, instantly breaks the next pallet used to stun the Killer. Deactivates after use.

Survivors failing repair or healing skill checks grants tokens. Damaging a Generator consumes tokens to apply extra regression and temporarily block that Generator.
